What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pixelfolio Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
Our apps include:
- Bulletin - AI-powered news reading
- Globetrotter - Travel tracking through photos
- Moderation - Mindful food diary
- TextCraft - Text transformations
- Vinyls - Apple Music player with vinyl interface
- Veil - Video & Photo filters
- Orbit - Mastodon client for social networking
These Terms also apply to any other apps published by Pixelfolio Inc., even if not explicitly listed above.
Using Our Apps
Getting Our Apps
- Download our apps from the official App Store only
- You're responsible for any account you create
Your Responsibilities
- Use our apps respectfully and legally
- Don't share your account with others
- Keep your device and apps updated for security
- Contact us if you notice any issues
Purchases & Subscriptions
How It Works
- All purchases are handled through Apple's App Store
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID at purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice
Free Trials
- Free trials (where available) are limited to one per Apple ID
- Your trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled
Refunds & Cancellation
- We cannot issue refunds directly as all payments are processed by Apple
- For refunds, contact Apple Support or request through the App Store
- Cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
What's Not Allowed
Please don't:
- Reverse engineer, hack, or modify our apps
- Use our apps for illegal activities
- Share, distribute, or sell our app content
- Create unauthorized derivatives of our apps
- Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
- Attempt to overwhelm our servers or systems
App-Specific Guidelines
Bulletin
- Respect RSS feed publishers' terms and copyright
- AI-generated summaries and improved titles may not always be accurate - read full articles for complete information
Moderation
- We don't provide medical or nutritional advice
- Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
Orbit
- Follow your chosen Mastodon instance's community guidelines
- We don't control or moderate Mastodon servers

- Apps designed to deliver the features described in the App Store
- Regular updates and improvements when possible
- Support through our official channels
What We Don't Guarantee
- Perfect, uninterrupted service (apps are provided "as is")
- Compatibility with all devices or future OS versions
- Specific features or timelines for updates
- Recovery of lost data (please back up important information)
Liability Limits
- Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app
- We're not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption
- Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you
Privacy & Data
- We collect minimal data, focusing on app functionality and improvement
- We use anonymous analytics and crash reporting to improve our apps

Changes & Updates

- We may update these Terms occasionally
- Continued use means you accept the updated Terms
